Please understand that we may not have availability for emergency situations, and appointments for wellness services may not be available for 8-12 weeks.

Please fill out the Pre-Visit Questionnaire prior to your appointment.

For appointments that are not scheduled with a doctor (ie. tech appointments), you will wait in your car while a technician brings your pet inside. If you feel this will add significantly to your pet’s stress, please say something to the technician so we can find an alternative approach (whether that’s coming inside with your pet or rescheduling the service, etc.).

Why do I need an escort into the building? 

We embrace the Fear Free philosophy and want to reduce fear, stress and anxiety for our patients. By waiting in your car, it prevents congestion in our lobby which leads to anxiety in our patients. Another helpful benefit of this approach means that anyone in the hospital can answer the phone, notify an assistant, and the technician can check you and your pet into the room.

Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To provide the best care to all our clients, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling appointments. This applies in cases such as specialty services, high-demand appointments, or a history of missed visits.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients in need.
