To provide the best care to all our clients, we may require a reservation fee when scheduling certain appointments. This fee is applied toward your visit and helps us reserve dedicated time for your pet’s care.

Reservation Fee Requirements:

  • First-time Clients: A reservation fee equal to the service fee is required at the time of booking your first appointment.
  • Existing Clients: After one no-show appointment, a reservation fee equal to the service fee will be required to schedule future visits.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • The reservation fee is refundable when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
  • Clients with a history of missed visits or those booking high-demand or specialty services may be asked to place a reservation fee at the time of scheduling.
